中頻六工位自動轉(zhuǎn)盤焊接專機

性能特點

1.       主機控制系統(tǒng)：采用觸摸屏作為人機界面，由PLC作為整機程序控制系統(tǒng)，負責讀取數(shù)據(jù)，處理控制信號，確保整機動作順序有效，更好的實現(xiàn)了人機對話。

2.       旋轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)：采用轉(zhuǎn)動分割器，分6個工位，第1工位、分別為上料主工件位置；第2工位、檢測上料件零件工位；第3工位、上料次件工位；第4工位、檢測上料件零件工位；；第5工位、焊接工位；第6工位、焊接完件卸料工位。

3.       焊接系統(tǒng)：采用自研發(fā)的智能型微電腦控制系統(tǒng)，來電電壓波動時焊接電流自動補償，確保焊接性能穩(wěn)定。

4.       夾緊系統(tǒng)：采用機械原理，氣動直動式夾緊裝置，強度高。
